Milun Tesovic is an active advisor, investor and entrepreneur, focusing broadly on information technology ideas and startup opportunities.
In 2002 at the age of 16, Milun founded the online music website MetroLyrics, which was later acquired by CBS Interactive. Ranked the third largest music property in the world at its time of acquisition, MetroLyrics had achieved more than 50 million unique visitors by 2011. Milun’s additional startup ventures include MetroLeap Media where he served as Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer, responsible for strategically building and scaling numerous online properties.
Today, Milun splits his time between Vancouver and New York, acting as advisor and mentor to numerous startup companies including Food.ee, Indiloop and Quiet.ly. A strong believer in paying it forward, Milun seeks to support young creative visionaries and partners with small and medium-sized businesses that resonate with his drive to foster innovative growth initiatives. Milun’s advisory board positions include The Next Big Thing, Cardinal Media Technologies, Vancouver Enterprise Forum and Thomas Franchise Solutions.
As a former entrepreneur turned early-stage investor, Milun currently participates in various funds targeting online startups and offline ventures. A globally relevant motivational speaker, he has presented at over fifty conferences worldwide and achieved business accolades such as Billboard’s Top 30 Under 30.
